UPDATE:

We put in a septic tank and leach lines in June.
We poured a four-foot foundation in August/September.
The electrical lines were run in that time frame, too.
A wellhouse was built to cover the pressure tank.
The satellite dish/cables were also run.

Next project - HOUSE ROUGH IN!
